Description
Deutsch: Dresden: Fritz-Löffler-Platz: Berg-Ecke Münchner Straße entsteht ein neues Geschäftsgebäude. Den Neubau am Fritz-Löffler-Platz in Dresden mit einem REWE Markt, Büroflächen für universitätsnahe Nutzungen, sowie den dazugehörigen Frei- und Verkehrs- und Stellplatzanlagen. Insgesamt werden baulich neun Geschossebenen ausgebildet: zwei Untergeschosse, zwei Erdgeschosse und fünf Obergeschosse. Das zweite Untergeschoss ist dabei auf den Eckbereich begrenzt. Das erste Erdgeschoss sowie das zweite Erdgeschoss und das erste Obergeschoss sind großflächig ausgebildet. Dabei belichtet ein Innenhof den Kernbereich der Flächen des EG 02 und OG 01. Insgesamt sollen ca. 30.000 m² Bruttogeschossfläche entstehen.
