Description
English: Adm. Christopher W. Grady, commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command, Rear Adm. Brad Cooper, and Rear Adm. Brendan McLane, commander, Naval Surface Force Atlantic (SURFLANT) bow their heads during the SURFLANT change of command ceremony aboard the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS Mesa Verde (LPD 19).
