This is the Independence Television Company tower in Floyds Knobs, Indiana, a highlands with a great view down into Louisville, home of the two Independence-owned TV stations whose antennas the tower holds aloft on a two-mast candelabra. The stations are WDRB/41 and WBKI/58, transmitting on channels 32 and 16, respectively, having been recently repacked from channels 49 and 51, which were sold in the last FCC frequency auction (meaning both stations have been on at least three channels apiece while identifying as just one). The tower is known to the FCC as Antenna Structure Registration (ASR) 1307446, and (says <a href="https://fccinfo.com/CMDProASRLookup.php?tabSearchType=ASR+Search&sASR=1307446" rel="noreferrer nofollow">here</a>) was built in 2019. At this writing (November 2021) it looks new. The Structure Coordinates are 38-21-1.0 N 85-50-57.0 W (NAD 83), the Site Elevation is 294.1 meters (965 ft); the Height of Structure is 288 meters (945 feet); the Overall Height Above Ground is 304.8 meters (1000 feet); and the Overall Height Above Mean Sea Level is 598.9 meters (1965 feet).
