Polski: 30 listopada odbyło się uroczyste przekazanie obowiązków komendanta Wojewódzkiego Sztabu Wojskowego w Olsztynie. Nowym szefem został pułkownik Grzegorz Faka. Podczas uroczystego zdania obowiązków pułkownik Tomasz Ciechacki dziękował swoim podwładnym, a także przedstawicielom instytucji współpracujących z wojskiem. W uroczystości wzięli udział: wojewoda Artur Chojecki, przedstawiciele służb mundurowych i samorządowcy. Na zakończenie służby pułkownik Tomasz Ciechacki został odznaczony Wojskowym Krzyżem Zasługi, przyznanym przez prezydenta RP. |
