Description
Deutsch: Dresden, Südpark: Denkmal Trümmerbahn. Diesellok, Hersteller Orenstein und Koppel, RL1c Baujahr 1937 mit 3 Kipploren. Hier fuhr 1951 bis 1954 die Trümmerbahn Linie T4 von der Seevorstadt über - Plauenscher Platz - Münchner Platz - zu den Lehmgruben an der Südhöhe. Täglich wurden 750 m³ Trümmerschutt abgekippt. Insgesamt wurden über 1 Million Kubikmeter Trümmerschutt hier entsorgt. Das Denkmal soll die Erinnerung daran festhalten.
English: Dresden, Südpark: Monument rubble railway. Diesel locomotive, manufacturer Orenstein and Koppel, RL1c built in 1937 with 3 tipping lorries. From 1951 to 1954 the rubble railway line T4 ran from Seevorstadt via Plauenscher Platz - Münchner Platz - to the clay pits on the Südhöhe. 750 m³ of rubble was dumped every day. A total of over 1 million cubic meters of rubble was disposed of here. The memorial is intended to hold the memory of it.
