Description

Varuhuskoncernen Ingka har vid varuhuset i Svågertorp i Malmö etablerat kontorsmoduler sedan den globala mötesplatsen Hubhult på andra sidan varuhuset samt hyrda kontorsbyggnader i Hyllie inte räckt till för den växande personalstyrkan i Malmö. Ingka grundades av Ingvar Kamprad och driver som franchisetagare flertalet IKEA-möblevaruhus i världen och har ett stort center i Malmö. Ingvar Kamprad grundade även koncernen Inter IKEA som äger varumärket (är franchisegivare), designar och producerar möblerna samt Ikano som är familjens privata företagsgrupp som bland annat arbetar med bank och bostadsbyggande.
