Description
Deutsch: 03.11.2020 01069 Dresden-Südvorstadt, Wohnzeile Hochschulstraße 13 - 21 (GMP: 51.034950,13.733700). Plattenbau WBS 70 EA 14.40. Projektiert und errichtet vom VEB Wohnungsbaukombinat Dresden in der 2. Hälfte der 1980er Jahre. Die unter Federführung von Prof. Leopold Wiel ab den 1970er Jahren an der TU Dresden, Sektion Architektur, betriebene konzeptionelle Entwicklung diente u.a. der Senkung des Energieverbrauches. Im Bild die Straßenseite der gedrehten Giebelsektion Nr. 21 (GMP: 51.034788,13.733605). Plattenbau-Ästhetik: Die sorgfältige Ausführung zeigt sich im akkuraten Fugenbild.
