Description
Deutsch: Wohn- und Geschäftshaus Niklastorstraße 10 in Marbach Neckar.

Zweigeschossiges Fachwerkhaus, Erdgeschoss massiv und verputzt mit Ladeneinbau, rundbogiger Eingang und Schaufensterbänke mit Klinkersteinen gefasst, historisierendes Zierfachwerk unter anderem mit profilierten und verzierten Schwellen, im Obergeschoss Fenstererker, im Kern um 1700, Giebel überwiegend 20. Jahrhundert, 1978 Renovierungsmaßnahmen, 1992 Fassadeninstandsetzung. 1978 war in dem Anwesen das Gasthaus Dreikönigsstüble untergebracht.

Das Anwesen gehört zu einer Gruppe meist giebelständiger Häuser in östlicher Fortsetzung der Unteren Holdergasse am Nordrand eines durch die ehemalige Wette gebildeten Platzbereiches. Mit seinem auffälligen und zeittypischen Fachwerk veranschaulicht es den historisierenden Umgang mit älterer Bausubstanz und fügt sich damit in die umgebende Bebauung ein.
