Description
Deutsch: 09.05.2016 01936 Schmorkau (Gemeinde Neukirch): Hauptstraße 2a. Sicht von SW. Das Märchenschloß wurde erst 1898 im Auftrag Nähmaschinenfabrikanten Bruno Naumann erbaut. Nach 1917 war es ein Offizierskasino, nachdem die Königsbrücker Heide als Truppenübungsplatz auserkoren worden war. Auch nach dem II. WK blieb das so. 1945 zogen Offiziere der Roten Armee ins Schloß. Nach deren Abzug 1992 verfielen die Gebäude. 1998 übernahm die Gemeinde das Anwesen und führte mit staatlichen Fördermitteln Erhaltungsarbeiten aus. 2002 wurde das Schloß an die Arkanum Vermögensverwaltung GmbH verkauft.
