English: U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Joseph Lollino, a combat medics assigned to Bravo Company, Tripler Army Medical Center, descends from a 35-foot rope climb during the best medic fitness test portion of the 2012 Pacific Regional Medical Command Best Medic Competition Aug. 29, 2012, at Schofield Barracks, in Wahiawa, Hawaii. Runyan and Edwards are combat medics assigned to Schofield Barracks Health Clinic. The PRMC Best Medic competition is a 72-hour physical and mental test of U.S. Army Medics leadership, teamwork, tactics, medical knowledge and warrior tasks.
