Deutsch: 17.04.2010 04703 Klosterbuch: Gästehaus Klosterbuch 24, Fachwerkhof Arche-Hof Klosterbuch (GMP: 51.152988,12.985721). Gegenüber vom Zisterzienserkloster Buch entstand im Jahre 1846 ein Fachwerkgebäude. Es wurde in Lehmbauweise mit massivem Erdgeschoss unter teilweiser Verwendung von Baumaterial des gegenüberliegenden Klosters errichtet. Seine Bestimmung lag darin, Lehrer und weiteres Personal der ausgegliederten landwirtschaftlichen Fürstenschule Grimma aufzunehmen, die besser als im Kloster wohnen sollten. Ein weiteres Gebäude folgte im Jahre 1862, da die Kapazität des ersten Hauses wohl völlig ausgeschöpft war. Der letzte Anbau wurde im Jahre1924 hinzugefügt. Während des zweiten Weltkrieges beherbergte man Flüchtlinge im Fachwerkhof. Nach Kriegsende gründete man in Klosterbuch ein "Volkseigenes Gut", dem der Fachwerkhof angegliedert wurde. In ihm entstanden dann Wohnungen für Bedienstete die im "Volksgut" beschäftigt waren. Später beherbergten die Häuser gestrandete Menschen, welche im Gut mitversorgt wurden und dort eine neue Heimat fanden. Im Herbst 2001 erwarben Elsbeth Pohl-Roux und Jürgen Pohl den Fachwerkhof.
