Description

Accession: 2010-119-1 Rifle, Tabuk, Iraq 7.62 X 9mm 31"L x 7"H

Assault rifle built by Tabuk in Iraq to the specifications of Mikhail Kalashnikov's AK-47. The rifle is gold plated and was seized during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Naval History and Heritage Command has a large collection of historic firearms which includes AK-47's from around the world.
