Description
English: Hybrid integrated circuits of the "alternative" 201 series made by Sensor (aka Signal) Minsk. The 201PN1 was a precision log converter with 44dB dynamic range for driving IN-13 level meters in professional audio equipment made for the 1980 Olympics.
Русский: Гибридные ИС "альтернативной" 201-й серии производства Сенсор (он же Сигнал) Новосибирск. 201ПН1 - функциональный преобразователь (логарифматор с кусочно-линейной аппроксимацией) с динамическим диапазоном измеряемых уровней 44 дБ; предназначена для высококачественных индикаторов уровня пультов предварительного усиления (на линейном индикаторе ИН-13). Эта микросборка была разработана во ВНИИРПА (Всесоюзном научно-исследовательском институте радиовещательного приёма и акустики имени Попова) для аппаратуры звукоусиления спортсооружений Олимпиады-80. Микросборка состоит из пассивной тонкопленочной микросхемы с напыляемыми резисторами и навесных активных элементов - бескорпусного ОУ 740УД1А и бескорпусных диодных матриц КД907Г.
