Description
Deutsch: 01.09.2009 04643 Geithain: Untertor (GMP: 51.054724,12.689363), Stadtor Altenburger Straße. Ursprünglich war nur die Nikolaikirche von einer Mauer umgeben. Die Verlängerung zur Stadtmauer erfolgte 1186, als der Ort erstmals urkundlich erwähnt wurde und sich bis 1209 zur vollständigen Stadt entwickelte. [DSCN38758.TIF]20090901400DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
