Description
Deutsch: 25.04.2009 04838 Hohenprießnitz (Zschepplin): Eilenburger Landstr. 7-9 (GMP: 51.531315,12.598402). Das Schloß wurde 1699 - 1702 für Anton Albrecht Freiherr von Imhof durch Baumeister Hermann Korb errichtet. 1724 erwarb der Leipziger Peter Hohmann, der 1717 geadelt wurde damit und die Familie derer von Hohenthal begründete, das Rittergut. Es war bis 1945 im Besitz der Grafen von Hohenthal. Johann Jacob Freiherr von Hohenthal ließ in den 1790er Jahren den englischen Landschaftspark anlegen. Rundpostament mit Reliefs.
