Deutsch: 24.10.2008 01445 Radebeul-Niederlößnitz: Sicht von Südosten. Links im Vordergrund Haus Am Jacobstein 2 (GMP: 51.112650,13.627760). Das "Untere Berghaus" ist ein typisches Winzerhaus der Lößnitz. Nachdem der Dresdner Ratsherr Johann George Ehrlich und sein Sohn Johann Gotthold Ehrlich in den Jahren zwischen 1727 und 1749 die drei historischen Weinberge Schild, Sandleithe und Wehlsberg zum Weinbergsbesitz Ehrlich vereint hatten, errichtete Sohn Johann Gotthold um 1750 am unteren Ende des Weinbergsbesitzes ein barockes Winzerhaus. Rechts im Hintergrund das Berghaus Neufriedstein (GMP: 51.115467,13.626167), Mohrenstraße 10. Es ist ein 1772 errichtetes Lusthaus, despektierlich auch als Mätressenhügel bezeichnet. Das traumhafte "Himmelsschloss" wurde nach mehreren Eigentümerwechseln 1993 an Erivan Haub aus Mühlheim/Ruhr verkauft. Der Unternehmer ließ das baufällig gewordene Gebäude 1998 bis 2000 aufwendig sanieren. Er richtete sich hier eine Gäste- und Ferienwohnung ein. Auf der Rückseite wurde ein zusätzliches Wohnhaus errichtet, das sich dem barocken Bestand harmonisch anpasst. Hier wohnte 2001 bis 2004 der ehemalige sächsischen Ministerpräsident Kurt Biedenkopf. Das großzügige Gartengrundstück, das über die Mohrenstraße erschlossen wird, ist nicht öffentlich zugänglich. 1904 hatte man den Weinbau auf dem Neufriedstein eingestellt, doch 2009/10 wurde der alte Weinberg wieder aufgerebt.
