Deutsch: 03.08.2008 01127 Dresden-Pieschen: Dorfkern, Altpieschen 2 / Ecke Mohnstraße. Schlußstein von 1710. Wohnhaus, Seitengebäude, Torhaus, Keller, Stall eines Bauernhofes. Denkmal. Die erste urkundliche Erwähnung des sorbischen Dorfes Peschen (Sandgegend) geht auf das Jahr 1292 zurück. Das Fischerdorf Pieschen wurde als Besitz von Ritter Johann von Peschen erwähnt. Die Bewohner Pieschens lebten zu dieser Zeit bis in das 19. Jahrhundert vor allem von Fischfang, Landwirtschaft, Obst- und Weinbau und Imkerei. Überreste des als Gassendorf angelegten Ortes sind heute nur noch auf der Robert-Matzke-Straße und in Altpieschen zu sehen. Das ursprüngliche Fischerdorf erlebte mit der ersten deutschen Fernbahnlinie (1839) und dem 1859 fertiggestellten Hafen einen wirtschaftlichen Aufschwung. [DSCN33609.TIF]20080803110DR.JPG(c)Blobelt |
