Description
Deutsch: 04.11.2007 04808 Thallwitz: Schloß. Um 1580 errichteten die Herren von Canitz das heute noch bestehende Renaissanceschloß (GMP: 51.432561,12.679456). Christoph Sigmund von Holtzendorff ließ ab 1699 an der Südseite des Schlosses einen Barockgarten anlegen. Nach der 1945 erfolgten Enteignung des damaligen Besitzers erfolgt 2008 die Rückübertragung von Schloss und Park an das Fürstenhaus Reuß. Sicht von Süden, Parkseite. Die Treppenanlage ist eine barocke Brunnenkaskade, in der einstmals Wasser nach unten sprudelte. [DSCN30929.TIF]20071104710DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
