Description
Deutsch: 21.09.2007 01309 Dresden-Blasewitz, Goetheallee 55: Villa Weigang (GMP: 51.056063,13.801487). Der Architekt Max Georg Poscharsky kaufte 1894 für 56.000 Mark das Grundstück der Villa Weigang an der Ecke Goetheallee 55 / Käthe-Kollwitz-Ufer und reichte im gleichen Jahr - wahrscheinlich unter Mitwirkung der Architekten Schilling & Graebner - ein Baugesuch ein. Die Villa wurde 1894-1895 in einem eklektizistischen Stil mit Neorenaissance-Elementen errichtet. Max Georg Poscharsky verkaufte diese aber wahrscheinlich noch vor der Fertigstellung am 21. Dezember 1895 für 120.000 Mark an den Bautzner Kaufmann, Kommerzienrat Karl Ernst Otto Weigang, der die Villa als Sommersitz bewohnte. Nach 1945 von der Polizei genutzt. 1991-1994 originalgetreu saniert, heute Sitz des Dresdner Standesamts. Fenster mit Lüftelmalerei an der Südfassade. [DSCN29803.TIF]20070921085DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
