Description
Deutsch: 04.04.2007 01307 Dresden-Johannstadt: Mietvilla Blasewitzer Straße 9 (GMP: 51.052573,13.772435). Erbaut um 1890, handelt sich eigentlich um ein normales Mietshaus, das aber die Gestalt eines herrschaftlichen Palais erhielt. Vorbild war der spätklassizistische Villenstil, der auf Gottfried Semper und seine Schüler zurückgeht. Die Architekturformen etwa der Gesimse und Fenstereinfassungen entlehnte man der italienischen Renaissance. Sicht von Südwesten. [DSCN21829.TIF]20070404020DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
