Description
Deutsch: 17.02.2007 01069 Dresden, Lothringer Straße 1: Landgerichtsgebäude (GMP: 51.054169,13.756100) am Sachsenplatz. Der repräsentative Bau wurde 1890 bis 1892 nach Plänen des Leipziger Architekt Arwed Roßbach als Amtsgericht erbaut und wird heute als Landgericht genutzt. Roßbach entwarf eine beeindruckende Fassade, die an italienische Palazzi der frühen Renaissance erinnert. Die Skulpturen "Wahrheit" und "Gerechtigkeit" am Eingang sind von Dresdner Bildhauer Johannes Schilling. Sicht von Osten, Eingangsseite. [DSCN21067.TIF]20070217420DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
