The three buildings are contributing properties to the Dupont Circle Historic District and the Massachusetts Avenue Historic District. The 2009 property value of 2009 Massachusetts Avenue (includes the center building, 2007 Mass Ave, which is owned by the Washington Legal Foundation) is $6,748,950. The 2009 property value of 2005 Massachusetts Avenue is $1,922,960.
