Description
Deutsch: 04.03.2005 01067 Dresden-Friedrichstadt, Friedrichstraße 43: Ev. Luth. Matthäuskirche (GMP: 51.060357,13.715974), Barockbau, 1728-1732 nach Plänen von Matthäus Daniel Pöppelmann (03.05.1662 - 17.01.1736). 1882 erfolgten im Inneren starke Veränderungen. Die Friedrichstädter Gemeinde setzte 1736 Pöppelmann aus Dankbarkeit für die Leistungen beim Bau des Gotteshauses in der Gruft der Kirche bei. 1945 Kriegszerstört. Originalgetreuer Wiederaufbau 1974-1978, auch die Pöppelmanngruft. Die Innengestaltung der Kirche erfolgte aber zeitgemäß. [DSCN5950-5952.TIF]20050304700MDR.JPG(c)Blobelt
