Description
Deutsch: 16.04.2004 01257 Dresden-Leuben: Wohnquartier (GMP: 51.008057,13.821656) der ehemaligen Firma CALORIT, Sachsenwerk- / Robert-Berndt- / Lilienthal- und Guerickestraße. Sozialer Wohnungsbau, vor dem II. Weltkrieg von der CALORIT GmbH errichtet (der heutigen Franz Glinicke Nachfolger GbRmbH). Die Abbildung zeigt den Zustand nach der Ende der 1990er Jahre erfolgten Sanierung. Das Besondere an dieser frühen Form Sozialen Wohnungsbaus ist der Innenhof des Wohnquartiers, der in eine Vielzahl kleinster Mietergärtchen aufgeteilt ist. [DSCN2760.TIF]20040416160DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
