English: The Secretary of the Army John McHugh, The Deputy Secretary of Defense Robert O. Work, Helen Loring Ensign, a descendant of U.S. Army 1st Lt. Alonzo H. Cushing, the Vice Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army Gen. Daniel B. Allyn, and Sgt. Maj. of the Army Raymond F. Chandler III reveal 1st Lt. Cushing’s name on the medal of honor roster during a Hall of Heroes induction ceremony at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA, Nov. 7, 2014.
