This is an artist interpretation of what the flag of the 1st Arkansas Union Infantry might have looked like.

Description
English: The following design is based on the 1861 army regulation for infantry flags and other surviving examples of Civil War union battle flags. The inscription on the 7th stripe is from another 1st Arkansas Infantry flag that was made for the Spanish-American war. As there is no surviving example of the 1st Arkansas (US) infantry's flag during the civil war, I decided to use said inscription.
Español: El siguiente diseño se basa en el reglamento del ejército de 1861 para banderas de infantería y otros ejemplos supervivientes de banderas de batalla de la unión de la Guerra Civil. La inscripción en la séptima franja es de otra primera bandera de infantería de Arkansas que se hizo para la guerra hispanoamericana. Como no hay un ejemplo sobreviviente de la bandera de infantería de la 1ra. Arkansas (EE. UU.) Durante la guerra civil, decidí usar dicha inscripción.
