Description
Nederlands: Luchtfoto van de Communicatieweg van Heemskerk richting de Zaanstreek, 1976. In linkerbovenhoek is Zaanstad zichtbaar met een stukje van de Koog aan de Zaan met een kerktoren. Iets eronder en naar rechts na een stuk weiland ligt de bebouwing van West-Zaan. Nog iets eronder het dorp Assendelft langs de dorpsstraat met in het midden de Sint-Odulphuskerk gelegen aan de Communicatieweg West in Assendelft. Vanaf dat punt is de Communicatieweg zichtbaar, die naar beneden door het weideland slingert.
