Description

The bridge pickup installed, but just to test the fit, and not for long: New single-coil P-90 pickups are going to be installed instead.

A brand-new pair of Gibson 'Super Vintage' (a.k.a Gibson Gear 'Legendary Series') P-90 pickups has already been purchased, and test out at 8.24 and 8.36 Ohms each. Amazingly, Gibson doesn't even make a RW/RP (reverse wound reverse polarity) pickup for the bridge, so the 8.36 pickup is disassembled to swap the leads and flip the two magnets inside. That'll go at the bridge, so the two pickups become noise cancelling when both on.
