Summary
[edit]Description1955 Packard Caribbean (15100343792).jpg |
The introduction of the 1955 Packards (which were heavily facelifted 1951-1954 models) was sabotaged by quality problems caused, in part, by its disastrous merger with Studebaker. Sales of the 1956's, in which Packard and Clipper were finally separated into luxury and medium-priced makes, sank so much that it put Packard out of business. |
