Deutsch: GGB — Handballmeister 1943 mit Hattrick und Double
Die 1. Handball Mannschaft der Gymnastischen Gesellschaft Bern hat mit dem Sieg über die Basler Abstinenten zum dritten aufeinanderfolgenden Mal die Meisterschaft der 1. Spielklasse gewonnen. Da sie dies Jahr auch im Cup obenausschwang, hat sie das «Double» gemacht und damit auf Jahre hinaus den andern Mannschaften ein schwer zu erreichendes Ziel gesteckt. Unser Bild zeigt die kameradschaftliche Equipe nach dem verregneten Spiel in Basel nicht gerade in Galatenue, aber dafür mit der Freude im Gesicht über den errungenen Erfolg. Von links nach rechts stehend: Jordi, Jakob, Hess (im Mantel), Nobs, Baumann, Rüedi, Haupt. Kniend: Jost, Schild, Robert Morgenthaler, Sidler und Rudolf Morgenthaler. (Photopress.). |
