"Detta svenska foto är fritt använda av något av följande två skäl: "Fotografiska verk" är fria att använda: a) om fotografen dött före 1 januari 1944, eller b) om fotografen inte är känd och inte kan spåras, och bilden skapats före 1 januari 1944.

"Fotografiska bilder", såsom pressens bilder, är fria att använda om de är skapade före 1 januari 1969 (övergångsbestämmelser 1994)."

"This swedish photo is free to use due to some of the following two reasons: 'Photographic objects' are free to use a) if the photographer died before 1 January 1944, or

b) if the photographer is unknown or can not be traced, and the photo is created before the 1 January 1944. 'Photographic pictures', e.g. pictures from the press, are free to use if they are created before 1 January 1969 (transitional rules 1994)."
