Description
English: The building on the right, 1923 16th Street NW in Washington, D.C., is historically known as the Eugene M. Brewer House. It was built in 1902 and designed by Charles Gregg. It currently houses the Interdenominational Church Ushers Association. The apartment building on the left, 1925 16th Street NW, is The Tiffany, constructed in 1922 and designed by Frank Russell White. Both buildings are contributing properties to the Sixteenth Street Historic District.
