Description

The "Worcester Sorcerer" ran from London's St Pancras to cover branches to MOD establishments at Long Marston and Glascoed. Again, a train full of "track bashers" out to seek marking a bit more track off in their rail atlases, this one was chartered by Hertfordshire Railtours one of the countries leading operators.

Running on 18 October 1986 with 45144 taking charge most of the day with freight 37s to top and tail on the branches. Taken at Glascoed during the end of line photo stop, the tour name was presumably derived as the tour had another booked stop at Worcester Foregate Street earlier in the day.
