English: A provincial merchants farthing token dated 1668. The copper alloy token is worn and corroded. The only discernable features are on the reverse which has an inscription in the field over four line - the upper two are difficult to identitify possibly IN or OF / CLXFIN (?) FARTHING 1668. The obverse has an image at the centre of the field - possibly a dove, or ship or possibly plough
