Title

Description
English: A lead cloth seal of post-medieval date. Two disc seal probably dating from the 17th century. The larger disc is circular and measures 25.6mm in diameter. It has the following scratched into its surface: "1137 (over) 211 (over) E B". A lead connecting strip joins the larger disc to the smaller one. This smaller disc has at its centre the letters "S" and "F" (raised). These are separated by a vertical line which runs into a decorative arrangement of crossed lines at the bottom. There is a cross above the "F". This design all sits within a beaded circle. Overall, the object measures 37.8mm high by 25.6mm diameter and 4.4mm thick. It weighs 14.74g.
