Español: En la siesta mendocina puede observarse a La Boyarda resplandeciente. Ayudada por el clima caluroso del Este, se convirtió paulatinamente en una de las preferidas de la vitivinicultura nacional y en una de las más cultivadas en esta región. A la Bonarda le gusta el calor y las regiones donde se la cultiva le dan el clima necesario para brindar vinos de colores intensos: rojos profundos, violetas y negros. Su temperatura ideal es aproximadamente de 17° y su identidad ya puede decirse que también es argentina. |
