Description
English: Engraving by François van Bleyswik for Th. More's Utopia translated in french by N. Gueudeville in 1715 (ETH-Bibliothek Zürich). This engraving (page 169) represents the day when Anemolians ambassadors came to visit Utopia. We can see Utopians whispering and mocking these ambassadors for their love of gold and unnecessary riches.
