171218-N-DA275-058 MISAWA, Japan (Dec. 18, 2017) Legalman 1st Class Donald McDowell, assigned to Naval Air Facility Misawa (NAFM), visits children at the Ohzora Jido-Kan, a Japanese after school care center, dressed as Santa Claus for a special holiday themed visit. Sailors from NAFM volunteer to make bi-weekly visits to the after school care center as part of community relations efforts.
