Description
Español: La presidenta de la Junta, Susana Díaz, ha apelado al diálogo y al consenso, porque sólo así, "desde el respeto a las leyes y a la Constitución, podremos conciliar y lograr instaurar un periodo de estabilidad y progreso". Díaz, que ha recibido en San Telmo a los presidentes de los Tribunales Constitucionales (TC) de España, Juan José González Rivas; Portugal, Manuel da Costa Andrade, e Italia, Paolo Grossi, y al del Consejo Constitucional de Francia, Laurent Fabius, ha puesto en valor los tribunales, cortes y salas que imparten justicia constitucional, "elemento esencial para nuestro sistema político y jurídico por su doble función de intérpretes y garantes de la Constitución". Igualmente, Susana Díaz ha celebrado que Sevilla sea la sede para "reflexionar en torno al constitucionalismo en un momento crítico para nuestro país" tras los acontecimientos de Cataluña. Díaz ha reiterado que "Andalucía siempre estará por el cumplimiento y respeto a la legalidad, que les da seguridad y libertad a los ciudadanos, y defenderá el Estado de Derecho". Y en esta tarea, añadió, "es fundamental contar con unos altos tribunales que vigilen y actúen en caso de desviación".
