English: Soldiers and their Families from the 16th Special Troops Battalion, 16th Sustainment Brigade, celebrated Organizational Day on April 30th at Smith Barracks. Activities during the day included: volleyball, horseshoes, kickball, kickball, beanbag toss, dunking booth, and children's activities. These events are a pinnacle point in creating strong cohesive bonds between members within the organization. It allows Soldiers and Leaders to come together and forget about work, to learn and understand each other. This is what creates a successful team.
