| Description | PACIFIC OCEAN â (Oct. 18, 2016) An F/A-18E Super Hornet from the Blue Diamonds of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 146 is launched from the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68) while an F/A-18E Super Hornet from the âArgonautsâ of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 147 stands by.
