Daryl Caudle provides remarks during the 2016 Combined Force Maritime Component Commander (CFMCC ) Flag Course at U.S. 6th Fleet headquarters in Naples, Italy, April 25, 2016. During this weeklong CFMCC Course, facilitated by the U.S. Naval War College, 35 senior military leaders from maritime countries in Europe and North America will participate in seminars and discussions focusing on the effective employment of naval forces in a joint, coalition or interagency environment.
