| Description | These Italianate-style buildings are located on the north side of 12th Street in Cincinnati's Pendleton neighborhood. Constructed in the latter half of the 19th Century, these buildings are fine examples of walk-up type apartment buildings in the vernacular Italianate style common in the city, with a Greek Revival-style rowhouse and an Italianate-style mixed-use structure with a retail space on the first floor being present as well. These buildings are home to many people, and have been in use for over a century, with the exceptions being currently in the process of renovation to once again house citizens of the city. |
