Description The U.S. Coast Guard cutter Healy (WAGB 20), left, breaks ice around the Russian-flagged tanker Renda while escorting the ship through the Bering Sea Jan. 11, 2012. The Renda was delivering 1.3 million gallons of petroleum to Nome, Alaska, because of a shortage in fuel in the city.
