Español: Edificios construidos sobre calle Comercio (hoy San Martín) de Tucumán hacia el sur. A la izquierda la tienda Villa de Madrid de Sixto López, al frente la casa de familia de Manuel Pinasco.Santa Fe,1878. Autor: Pedro Tappa. Colección Clementino Paredes, Museo Histórico Provincial de Santa Fe. Transcripción epígrafe C. Paredes: "Reproducción de 'Optica Las Colonias' de una fotografía tomada en 1878 por el primer fotógrafo establecido en Santa Fe Dn Pedro Tappa, cuyo original se encuentra en poder del Dr Clementino S. Paredes. Representa varios edificios construidos sobre calle Comercio de Tucuman al Sud. A la izquierda la tienda Villa de Madrid de Dn Sixto López, al frente la casa de familia de Dn Manuel Pinasco".
