WORK OFF ART טרה היא מחלבה שנוסדה ב1942 בנחלת יצחק, ומ 2004 נמצאת בבעלותה של החברה המרכזית לייצור משקאות קלים. טרה פעלה ברחוב יגאל אלון 119 בתל אביב עד 2013, אז עברה לפארק התעשיות נ.ע.ם, בנתיבות. מחלבת טרה נוסדה על ידי שבעה רפתנים. בתחילה שיווקה המחלבה חלב טרי לשתייה ואחר ייצרה גם מוצרי חלב נוספים. על שטח הקרקע של המחלבה המקורית בנחלת יצחק יבנו ארבעה מגדלי משרדים ומגורים.
