Description: Dom Polski is a guest house for pilgrims in Jerusalem. There is also a small church in the building. During World War 2, the soldiers of the Polish army of General Anders stayed there.

תיאור: דום פולסקי הוא בית הארחה לצליינים בירושלים.במבנה יש גם כנסייה קטנה.במלחמת העולם 2 שהו במקום חיילי הצבא הפולני של גנרל אנדרס.
הערות: צבא הגנרל אנדרס לאחר תבוסת פולין בתחילת מלחמת העולם ה 2, ב- 1939, וחלוקתה בין גרמניה הנאצית לבין ברית-המועצות, הוגלו לפנים רוסיה ולאזוריה הנידחים למעלה ממיליון אזרחים וחיילים פולנים, כשליש מהם יהודים. רובם נכלאו במחנות והועסקו בעבודות קשות. לאחר פלישת הנאצים לברית-המועצות בקיץ 1941 חל פיוס זמני בין הממשלה הפולנית הגולה שפעלה מלונדון ובין הסובייטים, ונחתמו הסכמים, ביניהם הסכמים שלפיהם שוחררו אזרחי פולין ששהו במחנות ומהם הוקם צבא פולני אוטונומי, שבראשו הוצב הקצין הפולני, גנרל אנדרס(ויקיפדיה)
