Name: A souvenir of Rabbi Mohilivers grave
Description: Rabbi Shmuel Mohliver was born, in 1824, in the town of HLoboka near Vilnius and died in Bialystok in 1898. His grave was blown up during the Holocaust. His burial place was discovered in 1991.his bones were brought to Mazkeret Batya.

תיאור: הרב שמואל מוהליבר נולד ,בשנת 1824,בעיירה הלובוקה ליד וילנה ונפטר בביאליסטוק ב 1898.קברו נותץ במהלך השואה.מקום קבורתו התגלה בשנת 1991 ועצמותיו העלו ארצה ונטמנו בבית העלמין של מזכרת בתיה.
הערות: ב 1882 יצא למסע בגרמניה ובצרפת במסגרת נסיונותיו לאיתור נדבנים שירימו תרומתם לבניית היישובים בארץ-ישראל. הוא נפגש עם הברון רוטשילד. בעקבות פגישה זו נרתם הברון למפעל יישוב ארץ ישראל. ההישג המיידי , הייתה הקמת המושבה עקרון בתמיכת הברון ובפיקוחו של הרב מוהליבר שהיה איש הקשר בין הברון למתיישבים. בשנת 1887 ביקר הברון רוטשילד במושבה ושינה את שמה למזכרת בתיה על שם אמו. בשנים 1881–1882 היה הרב מוהליבר מראשי אגודות חובבי ציון.הוא הקים את "בני ציון" ואת קבוצת חובבי ציון הראשונה בוורשה.(ויקיפדיה)
