Description
English: U.S. Army key leaders with the 10th AAMDC pose for a photo after the key leaders physical readiness training June 4 in Sembach, Germany. 10th AAMDC command team, staff section non-commissioned and commissioned officers, and special staff participated in the key leaders PRT. The rigorous circuit included 120 pushups, 100 plank shoulder taps, 100 arm raised flutter kicks, 120 sit-ups, lunges, and stair runs (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. Yesenia Cadavid).
