English: Name: Sodom potash factory Description: Moshe (Mosia) Langotsky (August 6, 1901 – June 16, 1986) was the first of the Dead Sea pioneers. In 1921 he arrived in Israel, participated in draining swamps as a well, worked as a construction worker in Tel Aviv and as a farmer in Ein Harod, and was even a chief worker in the army of Moshe Novomeisky, one of the founders of Eretz Israel Potash Company, עברית: שם: סדום מפעל האשלג תיאור: משה (מוֹסיָה) לנגוֹצקי (6 באוגוסט 1901 – 16 ביוני 1986 היה ראשון חלוצי ים המלח.ב-1921 הגיע לארץ ישראל, השתתף בייבוש ביצות כבארה, עבד כפועל בניין בתל אביב וכחקלאי בעין חרוד, ואף היה פועל ראשי במשקו של משה נובומייסקי, ממקימי חברת אשלג ארץ-ישראלית, הערות: מפעל המלח בסדום הידוע יותר כמחנה העובדים בסדום של חברת האשלג, הוא המפעל הדרומי והמאוחר מבין שני המפעלים שהוקמו לחופי ים המלח לפני קום המדינה. הוקם בשנת 1934 באגנו הדרומי של ים המלח ביחד עם מחנה העובדים שלרגלי הר סדום על ידי משה נובומייסקי והמהנדס הבריטי תומאס גריגורי טולוק. המפעל הוקם על-מנת להרחיב את ניצול המינרלים שבים המלח ולהפיקם הפקה מסחרית בשיטת האידוי בבריכות רדודות. למרות הקמתו המאוחרת, הפך המפעל בשנת הייצור האחרונה של חברת האשלג הארץ ישראלית לריווחי וייצר כ־80% מתפוקת האשלג(ויקיפדיה) מיקום: מרכז מבקרים מפעלי ים המלח קובץ מקורי: 20240409_152204.jpg |
